I am from India and now living in the U.S. In India, I lived with a Holy Saint named St. Nikka Singh Ji. He was from the Sikh tradition. I learned from him, Shri Guru Granth Sahib, the Bhagavad Gita, and so many scriptures. I knew the art of meditation. He told me that learning of scripture is not enough, but understanding self-knowledge is necessary. And according to his instructions, I was practising meditation and got the experience of bliss, which we can not explain in words. It's the last knowledge of Vedanta. The main thing that I want to share is that, as I did in my life, the most important thing is to do meditation daily. Real life is our eternal life. We should sit down and start to look at our thoughts. By regular watching, we can find lasting peace, which is our natural state. Then there is no stress, anxiety, or problem because, in this method, we are coming out of the field of our minds. Our mind creates problems and then wants to solve them. But the reason is itself a problem. By the observation flow, the mind starts to delete, leaving the self or ‘eternal peace ‘. View all posts by Singh
