Meditation is a process of wholeness, not a part. When one becomes aware of all activities- who you are speaking to, how you are speaking to your wife, child, boss- in every action, like walking, writing, eating, just ‘ be aware’ of this action. Then you will see the beauty of life and the stillness of mind; you can do anything correctly, such as driving. Because then our mind does not chatter; it will automatically become wise and intelligent. Now the mind will cool in society and in every field.

I am from India and now living in the U.S. In India, I lived with a Holy Saint named St. Nikka Singh Ji. He was from the Sikh tradition. I learned from him, Shri Guru Granth Sahib, the Bhagavad Gita, and so many scriptures. I knew the art of meditation. He told me that learning of scripture is not enough, but understanding self-knowledge is necessary. And according to his instructions, I was practising meditation and got the experience of bliss, which we can not explain in words. It's the last knowledge of Vedanta. The main thing that I want to share is that, as I did in my life, the most important thing is to do meditation daily. Real life is our eternal life. We should sit down and start to look at our thoughts. By regular watching, we can find lasting peace, which is our natural state. Then there is no stress, anxiety, or problem because, in this method, we are coming out of the field of our minds. Our mind creates problems and then wants to solve them. But the reason is itself a problem. By the observation flow, the mind starts to delete, leaving the self or ‘eternal peace ‘. View all posts by Singh
This is better to spare some time for observation of our mind at least two hours but that thread of bliss you find in your activities if you can ‘be aware’ of every activities, such as talking, walking, reading. then your mind will not chatter in useless matters.
