Sinking the mind into the heart; its source is action, devotion, union, and knowledge.
Comments: Maharishi was permanently in the stage of Sammadhi at the age of fourteen, and he remained in this stage of Self-abidence throughout his life. He did not read holy books in his early years. I have followed his guidance for about forty years and have also been living a very blissful life. That is why I mostly use his post.
Maharishi was exploring his Knowledge with us that when our mind dissolves in the heart by preservation of our mind ,its source,as we know that our thoughts have their source or origin, ‘I’ thought. As Maharishi told us, ‘ I’ is the mother thought in our mind. After this, the second personal pronoun comes. In Sanskrit, it is called ‘ Ahem virrti” when this last thought vanishes in our mind by practice, and another experience appears of Sat-Chit-Ananda (Bliss). This is Self-realisation. So, for self-realisation, we do Karma-yoga, devotion, union, and learn this Spiritual knowledge. So when we do this self-inquiry, we get everything. Indian Saints gave examples of deep sleep. In deep sleep, our mind dissolves in the Self, but there is ignorance, and in Samadhi, in awakening, we can find this.
This post will be very useful for the seekers of truth.
